Overall great move from Mazda, but not including at least some physical controls/buttons is a deal breaker for a lot of people including myself.
And the GREATEST feature of allllll…..no physical controls!!!!! YAY just what EVERYONE asked for!!!
Was just at the international auto show and as soon as the rep told me about this (because WHY would they bother bringing their newest and "greatest" car) my wife immediately said NOPE. Still might look at the CX-50 or maybe Honda or Toyota

Feels like a 'M A Z D A' misstep on a variety of levels IMO. Glad that I recently purchased a 2026 Mazda3 sedan instead. It lines up with my vehicle/driving preferences a lot better, especially with regards to how the interior controls/screen is set up. Guess I'm "old fashioned".
