  1. My Santa Fe hybrid has been a lemon. Judder in hybrid mode, extreme fuel dilution (600ml between oil changes), horn replaced 3 times, headlight replaced twice, HVAC fan wouldn't turn off, HVAC blowing HOT when AC was selected, wire phone charger cooks phones, phantom engine codes, gas tank evap system replaced, water coming in on rear lift gate, speakers replaced more than once.. just a junk vehicle and Hyundai Canada is utterly useless. Folks, buy a Toyota

  2. I have the exact same colour combination for my 2026 SF Hybrid Calligraphy. Picked up in Dec. Love it, but the most annoying thing on this is NO heating in the third row… that fan control you see is ONLY for A/C, as it says… go figure.. we don't need heating in Canada?? This is the 3rd year of this vehicle and Hyundai has still not fixed this MAJOR issue yet is way beyond stupid.

  3. when i go on the Hyundai website and build a santa fe hybrid and the non hybrid, the highest trim it lets me pick is Calligraphy, there is no ultimate calligraphy. maybe they only offer it in Canada. why cant they have the same body paint on the wheel arch. that gloss black ruins it.

  4. I like everything about the Santa Fe except the back of the vehicle, is just ugly. If they change it eventually, this car will be a home run, like it used to be years ago.

  5. To start, there's a large body colored H at the grill. Next, the front DRLs make up 2 more, and the rear tail lights 2 more. Its a little hidden but the two 3rd row vents kind of look like Hs with the two long, vertical lines and the silver bit, so 2 more. The very left and very right air vents on the front, 2 more. There's a long one on the middle where it has the two air vents, but its interrupted thanks to the Push to Start button. 6 on each side of the front two seats, making it 12 more, 12 more on the captain's chairs. two on each side of the rear of the liftgate, where there's one made up given how there's a large line. Finally (if they count), we have the logos, and there's 7 in total since there one on each wheel and one on the front and back, and one more given that the buttons on the keyfob make up the logo. In total its 41 counting the climate vents on the 3rd row, but not counting them its 39! And if we're not counting the logos its 32!
[This is my APPROXIMATION so take these results with a grain of salt]

  6. This walkthrough is better than the one from my local dealership.

HDA2 is very smooth and doesn't bounce back and forth like other systems. You don't need to worry about your brakes

  7. There have been some serious recalls on this car, some Kias and other Hyundai products as of late. The 23 Sonata and Santa Fe for an electric oil pump that's become a fire hazard.
And Hyundai is going to stop producing the awesome Santa Cruz. The screw-up Ford Maverick outsold the Santa Cruz 155000 to 25000 ladt year in the 25 model year. And I think that the Santa Cruz is the better built of the two.
