Chinese EVs Just Entered Canada in 2026 (America Is Furious)

Automobiles

Canada just dropped tariffs on Chinese EVs, and now Canadians are getting cars with 700+ horsepower, cutting-edge tech, and luxury features for half the price Americans pay. While we’re stuck with dealer markups and outdated options, our neighbors up north are shopping hypercar specs at Toyota Camry prices.

In this video, I’m breaking down the 5 Chinese electric vehicles that Canadians can now buy—and Americans can’t touch. From cars with no rear windows to sedans that can literally shake snow off themselves, China isn’t just competing anymore. They’re dominating.

Cars Covered:
✅ Zeekr 001 – 1,000+ HP, 11-minute charging, $37K
✅ Avatr 12 – No rear window, camera-based driving, Huawei tech
✅ BYD Yangwang U7 – 1,300 HP, tank turn capability, 4 independent motors
✅ Nio ET9 – Self-leveling suspension that shakes off snow, 900V charging
✅ Maextro S800 – Rolls Royce killer, animated starry sky roof, level 3 autonomy

This is the future of EVs, and America is watching from behind a wall of tariffs. If you had $100K right now, would you buy one of these over a Tesla or BMW? Let me know in the comments.

  1. Just visited China back in October. They have beautifully designed EV's starting at $15,000 (USD), but even nicer ones available for about $25.000-$30,000. About half of the cars on the road in the city were EV's You can tell because in China, EV's and ICE cars have different colored license plates. PLUS, there are charging stations everywhere! If Chinese EV's were allowed in the US, without tariffs, it would be the end of the BIG 3 and Tesla. BTW, China did have Teslas, but not very many.

  2. Smh. I bet they will make some new BS law saying those new China EVs are NOT allowed to cross into the US at the Canadian border. Watch. Wait and see. Americans will probably have to go to Canada just to see these awesome vehicles.

  3. AMERICAN CAR COMPANIES ARE GARBAGE EVERY LAST MANUFACTURER! RUBBISH! FUCK WASHINGTON CHINA BLOWS AMERICAN CAR COMPANIES OUT OF THE WATER. TESLA IS RUBBISH AS WELL! BORING AMERICAN AUTOMOBILES HOORAY FIR CHINA FUCK THE U.S. CRAP

  4. China is suppling Russia with arms, personal and weapons to fight NATO and Ukraine.
China is only a taker and not a giver in this world.
China now has Chinese Police Stations and Chinese Media in Canada.
STOP buying anything from China. Wake up Canada

  5. I'm so jelly. We Americans are missing out. We are slaves to very expensive yet fast deteriorating products like csrs, cell phones, laptops washing machines, fridge. It's a product of Corpprate greed ran amuck.

  6. PRC propaganda. Wait until the reliability statistics start coming out. Ever think about escaping from a burning car when the chips controlling the electrical doors and windows stop working and you can’t open them to escape?

  7. Some of the stuff it can do is epic, but the idea of it braking on it own don’t like, I hope it has a feature you choose it on and off, having it brake in winter may lead to a accident. Ai is never reliable so I would want that feature to be optional then yes for sure

  8. That's how China come up on top. Cheaper labor many go to China for lost cost labor then boom millions raised from poverty with many of them Chinese people stay forging history, not worry about small group peoples worry about oil and other people's stuffs while at home people in dire needs. They focus on everyone deserve the best not a few. My favorite car always been Royce rolls. And covet

  9. All very advance and impressive. The question however is what is the engineering and mechanical backup for these cars when they are imported to Canada? This would require mechanics trained to service these vehicles. But that should not be difficult. The more serious question however comes in the area of Road Safety. With two different mechanically oriented means of transport sharing the same roads, my concern is how fast would drivers able to master the higher tech capabilities of EV's versus those driving conventional cars. Like anything mechanical, advance technology may require a different set of skills foreign to that of driving conventional cars. With today's traffic congestions, unfamiliarity of mechanical skills which EV's demands may affect quick response time to avoid accidents. By extension, drivers of conventional cars would respond slower I would assume. Put it this way. EV's use technology to dictate its responses. A mechanically driven vehicle needs its driver to respond using his or her inbuilt human faculty to avoid accidents. On the same principle, with two "different drivers" at the wheel, one human, the other computerized, there are no statistics as far as as we now know to ascertain if this fear has any basis. Perhaps the experts should enlighten the public.
