Wow $990 for alllllll that is quite a deal. I wonder if Nissan dealers are dealing on these. Seems like strong value without looking outright stupid like a K4 Lol
I don't like the fascia , the previous Sentra looked much better. 😐
In 1995, the 3rd car i ever purchased was a used 1991 Nissan Sentra with 95K miles. 3 weeks ago, I purchased a 2026 Nissan Sentra SV. So far I'm loving it. Great value for the price and ride. And, yes, the SL trim ($30K with tax/fees) is a better ride with all the good options included, however, it came down to needs vice wants. $25K is a steal.
Pass on this compact. Better compacts for the money. It is cheap for a reason.
As a 2020 SV owner I do a have center arm rest……. with 2 cupholders! 😃 However looks like the new one has better lighting (LED) vs. mine. Engine and transmission the same. Handling is very good in my car as well. Also I think the new one has an electric parking brake and an auto stop/start both features mine lacks. Nice update and no real price increase!
Best compact car. It’s been better than the Corolla since 2020 (I’ve driven both across the country).
Buy one of these ONLY if it has a manual transmission. If it has an automatic transmission or a CVT transmission, skip it and buy a used Corolla.
Nice car for the price but i do not wanna clean those wheels,,,too dark and fussy…dirt magnets. I refuse to consider ANY vehicle without physical hvac , htd seat controls Listen up car makers! I am not alone.
I'll choose a 2026 Mazda3 in the compact ICE car segment any day versus whatever else is out there & available in the US market, all things considered. That's my personal take anyway. Yes, I recently purchased a 2026 Soul Red Crystal Metallic Mazda3 Select-Sport Sedan a few months ago, & love it inside & out.
It has a lot to offer for the price point. Yes Nissan is not known for super reliability, but if you get an extended warranty from the factory, I would have no problem driving this. I wish it came with all-wheel-drive. But as long as you put winter tires still would be good, but if it did come with all wheel drive, it would be a contender for sure
The Sentra lags slightly behind top benchmarks like the Toyota Corolla or Honda Civic in long-term dependability projections (those often score higher in CR predicted reliability)
I like the SL. And Love that it has an independent rear suspension. Too bad they can't make it a wee bit quieter on the freeway and give it just like 20 more hp or something.
How would this compare to a toyota corolla?
Car manufacturers need to stop with the fake chrome on the sides.
