Automobiles

In this video, we take a deep dive into everything we know so far about the 2026 Mitsubishi Pajero, one of the most anticipated SUV returns in years. After a long period of silence, Mitsubishi is preparing to bring back this iconic off-road nameplate — and it’s shaping up to be tougher, more advanced, and more capable than ever.

Recent spy shots reveal a bold new design inspired by the latest Triton pickup, featuring a stronger front fascia, wider wheel arches, and a rugged body-on-frame platform built for serious off-road performance. Under the hood, reports suggest a new 2.4-liter twin-turbo diesel engine delivering impressive power and torque, making it a true competitor to top rivals in the segment.

  1. Memang seharusnya sudah ganti model total Pajero yg sekarang sudah sepuluh tahun modelnya itu itu saja tidak ada pergantian model total, cuman facelift terus

  2. 1:07 Mitsubishi didn't throw away the heritage.

Well, yeah. Except the Lancer. And the Eclipse. And the Galant. And the Colt. And bunch of other iconic models.

  3. Что это за недаразумение? На лед фарах в бездорожье е? Выпили саке и закусил не свежим суши😂

  4. Why doesn't the rear hatch open sideways, only upwards? Remove the badges and it looks like other Chinese cars, but it's Japanese! How many seats, still 7? What's the tow hook load? When in Europe? With what engine? Because Europe, as always, has crappy bans.

  5. The new Pajero has a very simple and, I would say, unattractive design… After so many years of inactivity, Mitsubishi hasn't been able to create a truly beautiful and memorable design like the first- and second-generation Pajero had. I got the feeling they quickly sketched it out in two days.
