Window motor struggling to work in Golf. Do I need a new window regulator?

Drivers side window has started to make a loud noise and is slow to close in my Golf Mk6. Am I right in thinking it needs the regulator replacing? Thanks!

Been modding my A4 B9, real close to being done, just did a ton of work.

One of those things I put was a Cold Air Intake and a Turbo muffler delete, really happy how it turned out!!!
