This is the 2026 Nissan Sentra and it’s a surprisingly nice compact sedan that provides great value for the price. The average new car costs around $51,000, but the highest trim level of the new Sentra fitted with all available options comes in just over $30,000. Today I’m reviewing the new Sentra and I’ll show you the many quirks and features. I’m also going to get behind the wheel and show you what it’s like to drive.

Why are we back capacitative touch? I hate them.
Are they still putting those crappy Jatco CVTs in these cars? If so, I would think twice about buying one, you might be buying a new $6K tranny at 85,000 miles.
remember when "small car" was "regular car"
sedans are still considered big outside of the US
This.. Is a car you can afford 😂
Theres a reason why these things are cheap though
All the competitors that were mentioned have bigger engines.
Considering the financial condition Nissan is in, their new products like this and the Leaf are quite well done.
Nissan is definitely on the right way, interior looks pretty much par with brand new luxury German cars lol
Yeah, don't fall for it. I own an auto shop and told a couple to stay clear of Nissan but they didn't listen. They got a 2025 Sentra. By their first oil change at 5,000 miles, I told them to go back to Nissan because they had a shot lower ball joint. At about 7,250 miles, we got the car back in for a minor fender bender and had to tell them to go back to Nissan AGAIN because the rear main crankshaft seal is leaking. NOW at 10,000 miles, they've got a ghost parasitic draw. Happens when it damn well pleases and they're over it. I tried to warn them but oh well.
Basically a better version of the Chrysler 200

It does look a lot better… but once all the bad credit people get one after their tax refund, no one with a credit score over 580 will want to be seen in one.
The Sentra is arguably Nissan's best product. My family has owned several new ones over the years and this one is beautiful.
I like the 1987 better
Hello Doug. Enjoy your review. We all have different tastes. I love every angle of this car.I find this new design to be very upscale. I also love the profile and the sloping, not quite fastback design. Looks great. Love this car.
$30k for that? get a tesla model 3 instead
Rental fleets are ready!
Sentra is better than Civic and Corolla
It looks incredibly generic
While these are very nice when they are new, These and Altimas don’t always end up in good shape after a couple years, I do appraisals on trade-in’s with Altima‘s and sentras and they are always beat up and full of trash, people do not take care of their cars like they should
I lost respect for Nissan when they stopped making Maximas
Had me until CVT
Can’t wait for some Florida Man to red line this puppy on I-95 with a missing side view mirror, missing bumper and riding on a donut wheel at 700 mph during a rainy day.
Looks like a good car. I wouldn't call it little. It's a regular sized sedan.
Looks like a Honda Civic. I like it tho 💯💯
Honestly gives the civic a run for its money, this has 4 way lumbar while the civic doesn’t even have any lumbar even in the touring. No heated steering wheel either. If only this had a 200hp version
