  1. Subaru’s soccer mum car is quicker than their flagship performance car.
    Make it make sense.

These figures are what the WRX should be minimum.

  2. Weren't you the guy who was warning everyone against EVs not that long ago LOL 😂😂😂 Btw Tesla's are the ones with sunroofs with no shades, but you seem to always trash the "Chinese" cars for some reason.

  3. To be fair I usually get better than the rated range on my ICE cars, and I find the trip computers are usually fairly accurate. My observation of EVs is they are pretty much universally optimistic. Subaru/Toyota certainly aren't alone in that respect.

  4. What is it with all of the traction control systems that they take ages to detect and respond to what's going on? They'll let a wheel spin up for ages before slowly deciding to redirect power elsewhere. Not just this car, all of them. I really don't like how much they damage the track.

Also with two motors, how does one motor distribute power to two wheels? Does it use a diff? Can it lock the wheels like a mechanical diff? Or does it apply brakes to one wheel and magically power goes to the other, all at snail speed of course 🐌🐰

  5. Thanks, mate. With current fuel prices and uncertainty, I think I'll eventually have to consider EVs, but unfortunately, none of them looks appealing. BTW, how long do you normally have these vehicles before doing the actual review?
