Station wagons are staging a comeback! Whether you call them a station wagon or a Wingback.
What, Lexus had no cars to SUV there? Or maybe our host doesn’t like the Japanese brand?
My opinion and your opinion agree 100% on the Chevy Silverado EV. Mine has 31,000 miles on now and I have never owned a better pick up truck for getting the job done and doing it with the performance. capability is great. I’ve never seen such ability in a pick up truck.
Why do so many people pick monster SUVs and pick up trucks that are black then live in the desert Southwest with longer hotter, summers, and vehicles that show every speck of dirt? Then finance them for six years.

There was very little European cars. Mercedes and BMW just had a few cars thrown in. They’re locked so you can’t sit inside. No posters for advertisement. It was sad. Also Lexus and Infiniti was a no show. I’m not sure why. After Covid, a lot of European brands totally disappeared or reduced their exposure in the auto show.

Japanese car designs have been total trash for a few years now. I don’t get why they’re still clinging to designs from 10 years ago. It’s so boring.

Most of the cars didn’t make it to the show, they broke down on the way .
I lost my appetite for driving kind of especially in the extremely unfun chore like grind restrictions on driving in the city and especially Trumpist war aggravated effects on the price of gas these days!Less pleasant times!
Just as boring as last year, the truth is that NY auto show is dying. Where is BMW, Mercedes and Audi ? At least 40% of the main floor is Hyundai/Kia products… Sad.
Shame on Audi, BMW, and Mercedes.
