In this review, I’m driving two very different Audi Q3s filmed on separate occasions: the 150PS S line SUV and the 265PS Quattro Launch Edition Sportback. Same name, same platform… but very different personalities. I break down the styling changes for the 2026 model, interior updates, real-world practicality, fuel economy and most importantly how the engines compare on UK roads. From the smooth but strained 150PS petrol, to the punchy, confidence-boosting Quattro setup in the 265, this is all about whether the upgrade is worth your money.

If you’re considering an Audi Q3, or cross-shopping cars like the BMW X1, Mercedes GLA, Volvo XC40 or Cupra Formentor, this review should help you decide which version actually suits your driving.

  1. I went for the test drive and of course they gave me the 265hp Edition 1, EHybrid I had no intention (or money) to buy 😂. Fun car but maybe a bit overindulgent. For the price you're now knocking onto performance car territory which was not at all my intention when I walked into the dealership

  2. S line standard 150ps would suit me , lovely car but too expensive new lol, I hoping to get a puma or Mazda cx30 or maybe cx5 for my next car later on in year ,great review as always tish, nice outfit too 😍👌😁🙏

  3. I think I’d opt for a Sportage Hybrid, all I would be sacrificing is 35HP and a premium badge

plus I think it looks significantly better and it’ll be a lot more reliable

  4. This is a genuine question Quattro vs standard me and my mate Mike had in the pub last night.

Consensus was Quattro just so you can say ‘fire up the Quattro’ 😂

The real question is Sportback vs standard. I quite like the sportback myself in terms of looks.

  5. These are both overpriced and awful cheap interiors with no buttons – you have to ask if Stevie Wonder desgned it. Audi interiors these days are cheaped out and it shows.

Throw in Audi's pathetic reliability, you have to be a brand snob/fan to want one of these when there's so many more capable, reliable, better built and equipped alternatives, starting with the Lexus NX for example.
