Wondering if this mazda3 2017 for £6900 (with FSH) is a gamble/risky and the owner was neglectful, or if this MOT is just what most people's MOTs look like in the UK.
I know most of these things are consumables but I'm wondering if this reflects on how well taken care of the car was and if it could mean PPI could find a lot of issues with it.
