  1. This and the RS3 are practically the only nice looking design coming out of the newest Audi lineup. Why couldn't they have done better with their more basic cars too 🤦‍♂

  2. Pretty car except…Now its priced like an RS7 but still has a V6.Its also gained 1000 lbs so dynamically its going to be even more of an understeering mess.

  3. Audi never disappoint when it comes to these Avant machines so much so that even M3 Touring and C63s estate will be jealous of this beauty……..From your viewer all the way in SOUTH AFRICA.

  4. How do they solve the Engine warmup? So if you go electric and then suddently need power, it should not allow you to give you all teh power since engine is COLD.
I dont understand how they solve this issue? Noone is talking about this.

  5. If i would be Audi interior designer, i would say:
-Get a rid of that stupid flooting dual screen. Make the gauge cluster sit inside a shader, probably with round clusters and half-something aluminium tubes. Those "ears" of beezel, brrr, it looks awful!
-Get that center screen integrated in to the center console and make it verticale. that way u can use it better as a map. U can put constant grafix for climate there and put some real buttons to controll under it or integrated to come out of the screen.
-Get a rid of that screen in front of the passenger. Its nothing, most would use their phone anyway. But if u want a real one, then make a real one. Retract it in to the dashboard when it isnt used, and only pop out when someone want to use it. This can be floating and this way it can be big enough to have any reason to use.
-Oh and that audi sticker should gone, make a nice metal 3d item, be proud while being classy, having a big sticker isnt classy, nor bling.

  6. The new RS‑5 Avant is a 2.4‑ton colossus that behaves on a racetrack like a rhinoceros forced onto a go‑kart circuit: overwhelmed, sweating, and at the limits of physics before the first corner even begins. On the outside it flexes with widebody fenders like a gym‑bro posing in front of a mirror, and at the rear it wears DN450 sewer‑pipe exhaust tips that shrink to cocktail straws on the inside. And the interior? Cost‑optimized plastic membrane controls, piano‑black surfaces that collect fingerprints like a crime scene, and a passenger display that looks like a clearance‑bin tablet glued on at the last minute. A car that screams loudly but whispers dynamically.

And then there are the real performance machines that show just how absurd this weight truly is:

Giulia QV GTAm – 1,580 kg
A surgical precision tool. The RS‑5, by comparison, is a dull hardware‑store hammer with a rubber grip.

    BMW M3 CS – 1,770 kg
More than 600 kg lighter. The Audi only sees it when being lapped, and even then only briefly.

Maserati Ghibli Trofeo – 1,865 kg
V8 biturbo, 730 Nm, a luxury sedan, and still half a ton lighter. Audi looks like it misread the scale.

    Cadillac CT‑5 V Blackwing – 1,870 kg
6.2‑liter supercharged V8, 900 Nm, a true street brawler, and still over 500 kg lighter. Next to it, the RS‑5 is a fitness influencer lifting water‑filled dumbbells.

Conclusion: The RS‑5 Avant is not a sports wagon. It’s a heavy SUV in a widebody costume convincing itself it’s a track tool, while physics quietly chuckles in the background.
