Bought my Coolray in 2022. Pinakamahirap lang na part is when it had after sales issues and Sojitz left. Kahit brake pads, headlights, oil filters, etc. wala sila and I have to source it elsewhere. From the second half of last year until now I can say bawing bawi sila sa after sales. Everything seems to be a lot easier, all request were followed up and the communication and execution is seamless. Kahit paglinis ng sunroof drain and back-to-zero was given to me for free. At tsaka napansin ko nagpalit din ng ownership yung mga dealership around metro so that can be a factor too. Was it worth the wait? BIG YES! And since my family is growing bigger we are considering Okavango for an upgrade. Still a bang for the buck considering that Okavangos are now cheaper than Coolrays.

Geely service sucks bad. Madaming nahihirapang magpa pms dahil ung ibang casa wala man lang parts for 5kms pms. Wow.

we have 2022 Geely coolray as my wife daily driver, 50kms later still runs like brand new. But then again I could not deny the aftersales issue, in 2024-2025 some of the Geely dealers started closing without prior notice my wife was forced to do 3rd party maintenance for her car.
