I hate how they design the rear wiper on the bottom while they collect dust when it doesn't rain and needs to be cleaned constantly. Design it up under the rear wing

Eyesight? Subaru fans, do not be fooled, this is a Toyota with a Subaru badge. Even the Xmode, although Toyota claims have a collaboration from Subaru, have a Toyota system.
I cannot understand why the known drawback of this Bz lineup, other than the range and charging speed, were not mentioned in the video:
No routing planner,
No one pedal driving,
Laggy infotainment system and phone application with defficiency to show important information, like the real time charging time and power.
In my opinion, despite the claimed Toyota quality, the current specs are still behind the competitors. Toyota and Subaru are mastering to make electric cars that feel like a gas car.
If Toyota/Subaru was capable of releasing this just a couple years after the original busy forks and Solterra, it makes me wonder why they even bothered. The original cars were terrible by the standards of the day they were released. These are at least competitive with other EVs.
Ioniq5 XRT could be comparable to this, or just the Ioniq5 since the vast majority of Subarus don't go off-road.
I'm hoping a spare will fit in that ''hole'.

Not so sure how a thigh radiant heat (resistive) improves energy use when so often air on the windshield is needed to prevent fogging. So running the heat pump for the glass, adding a resistive heater will save energy?
I still believe the cost management of an EV's battery is more important than the expected charging speed.
This Trailseeker is the first vehicle I have been enthused about in a LONG time. And the only EV I have ever considered. Good chance that I'll buy one.

As far as I can tell from the spec sheets on the respective Subaru and Toyota media pages the feature packaging differences are minor, but I'm really curious to know if the two brands took the BRZ/86 approach of distinguishing themselves with different chassis tuning. Is one significantly firmer or softer than the other?
Does it have normal tires or EV specfic tires?
I think it is OK to not include a spare, but I think it should have room for a skinny spare or an inflatable spare. I wish the sun roof was optional on the top trim. Perhaps Toyota figures that in 2 or 3 years that a newer battery with much more range will fit in the same battery compartment and this is good enough for today. I think it is good enough, it is clearly better than all of the competition for normal drivers. It has everything on my list to replace my old EV.
I appreciate the much more detailed review than I've seen on other channels. I have a Trailseeker on order. I wish we could et a more specific delivery date than the generic "Spring 2026". I'm excited and want to know when I'll get my toy!! For now, Subaru are playing their cards close to their chest.
