2026 Honda Pilot Walkaround & Review

Automobiles

Three-row crossovers exist because vanity exists. You need a minivan, but you refuse to buy one. Honda understands this, which is why our 2026 Honda Pilot review reveals a vehicle that is effectively an Odyssey wearing hiking boots. Ezra Dyer takes the updated Pilot for a test drive to examine its torque-vectoring rear end, the storable center seat, and the engineering required to spare you the stigma of sliding doors.

It tows 5,000 pounds. It points its nose into corners with surprising eagerness. It is a deeply competent family hauler. You could buy an actual minivan and go faster off the line. We know you won’t.

  1. You know a Honda Pilot is basically like a Lamborghini Urus if the Lamborghini Uris was made my Honda, was a family car, was economical, looked like the Pilot, and was called the Pilot tbh

  2. my Honda dealership always tries to get me to change the rear diff fluid for the torque vectoring. I admit that its nice to have but a $200 change of the rear fluid makes me want to look elsewhere fpor a more less costly solution. I am leaning toward a Nissan pathfinder with a timing chain instead of timing belt and a rear diff that doesn't require constant fluid changes. My ridgeline has 38k and one change of diff fluid but every visit it seems they try to get me to change it. I don't like the push button shifter either.

  3. We hate your media you constantly put in music and loud noise you disturb everybody in the room why do you add music to your video really stupid
