5. The interior is not appealing. It’s clunky, chunky, screen plop, regularly-touched hard plastic surfaces. Priced at $105k; Plus, hilarious $2695 destination (tariff) charge. Fail.

9. The EV Hummers really deserve so much more credit than they get. Highly innovative, truly world class engineering, GM's A-game. Unfortunately a polarizing nameplate that almost certainly gets caught in the poor timing of a tumultuous world. All the same, in a vehicle class where the douche-factor is high (G-wagen, Range Rover, Bentayga, XM, Urus, etc – pick your flavor) – honestly the Hummer almost feels like tasteful option. Somehow? Anyway, cool car – the teams who built this deserve to succeed

   Also, I agree – only 6 airbags seems surprising and disappointing

15. My center console developed a rattle after 3500 miles. Took it twice to the dealer. They just add foam tape and it helps, but the rattling always comes back. They definitely need to work on build quality. Get the 2025 model if you can find it. Those still have Carplay.

18. That AI closing song totally nailed the Hummer EV vibe! I’ve seen these on the road and up close. Designers did a great job, but I agree the interior doesn’t look like the price tag. Would be fun to get one used at half price. If I had room to park it somewhere.

21. I understand that in order to qualify as family friendly, the vehicle must be big enough to fit a family and their grocery and luggage. However, may I suggest that the vehicle should also fit in a typical garage, and family members of various age groups should be able to get in and out with ease and family members of driving ages should be able to operate it easily and safely?

26. Crab walk use case: my driveway is narrow and the apron is offset from the 2 car garage, requiring turning to leave. If there is a car parked in the driveway, I need crab walk to leave the garage without hitting the parked car.
